Writing Women’s Lives in Lynchburg

Calling all local women writers! You’re invited to the premiere Writing Women’s Lives™ Lynchburg open studio on Thursday, February 21, 2013, from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Together we’ll write our hearts out and raise our voices. And I’ll be sharing details for my upcoming Writing Women’s Lives™ Lynchburg: Excavating Your Truth/Finding Your Voice writing program. Whether you’re a seasoned writer, returning to writing after a hiatus, or brand new to writing, your voice is wanted and welcome in this circle of women writers.     So glad I found your site. As I am writing a piece for my new blog (I finally killed the angel), I was looking for whose headstone is engraved, “silence.” I was thinking it was Sylvia Plath, but no. And, in searching, found your site. Immediately I found interest in the subject matter and even more so that you reference Virginia Woolf, as my post reflects on my own room and silence in order to write. My blog is http://debkbeebe.wordpress.com I am not local, and, therefore, unable to attend the Feb 16 event, but am looking forward to staying informed on-line. I hope all goes well. I also am a member of the International Virginia Woolf Society. Funny how things come about!
